All existing Mig Welding liners have a very common failure from filling with debris present in the production welding process. Common airborne dust particles and especially flux and metal-cored powder can cause UNNECESSARY DOWN TIME!

SPECIFIC ADVANTAGES OF THE SUPERIOR OPEN GAP LINER

Common process debris now fall through the “Open Gap” design and exit naturally through the diffuser with the inert gas, or assisted compressed air blast.
Whether the liner has a dry dusty wire core residue or a moister lubrication build up, extended liner life can be realized.
For gasless wire an “Air Blast” could be connected to automate this process.
The shrink-wrap directs the gas forward for use with GMAW.
